(03) / The story

Sable Coffee Roasters

The brief

Sable roasts in small batches and sells to cafes across the north of England. Home customers kept asking for a subscription, but the old shop could not handle one.

What we did

We designed a shop that starts with taste, not origin. Pick fruity, chocolatey or nutty, choose how often, and Sable ships. Roast notes are written by Sofia in Sable’s own voice.

How it went

The shop went live in seven weeks and the owner loaded 120 products in an afternoon using the CMS.

What changed

Subscriptions grew more than four times in the first two months, and wholesale customers now order from the same site.
